For this, you have to start with repairing the Office installation itself. There can be instances that your Outlook profile is corrupted, recreate a new Outlook profile to resolve the issue. The steps to access the repair tool vary depending on your operating system.
Some customers may experience a delay when trying to create a new email address, or alias, for their Outlook.com account.
